This is not an orchid but a Dracaena related to the common "KuanYin Bamboo" Dracaena braunii.This plant is growing in my office and recently threw out a flower spike. Not sure what is the name but the plant is very small with a thin stem. Bought it with flowers and the tiny flowers looked really interesting.
