The new flower spike developed buds a few weeks ago. As usual, the flower stalk is very thick compared with its cousin Paph. praestans. The plant is still very vigorous though this is the second flowering stalk it is supporting.
This is the side view of the flower which opened a week ago. I am only posting it now cos i have been too busy.
