Paph exul is another slipper orchid from thailand that blooms readily in Singapore. I repotted this plant more than a year ago(I think) but it hasn't re-flowered until recently. I was quite reluctant to divide the plant so i merely changed the medium which in my opinion was breaking down. Many paph growing books suggest that the medium be replaced and the plant divided regularly to prevent the plant from dying due to change in root PH as a result of medium breakdown.
